At Techlathon, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding our payment and refund procedures. Please read the following policy carefully before making any payments on our platform.
1. No Refund Policy for Registrations
All payments made towards registrations, subscriptions or digital product purchases on Techlathon are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including:
- User withdrawal or cancellation
- Change of mind
- Ineligibility discovered after registration
- Duplicate registration by the same user
2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If a payment was deducted from your account but not successfully reflected on our platform due to a technical error or failed transaction, we will verify and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider. You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof (e.g., transaction ID, screenshot).
3. Exceptions
Any exception to the refund policy is solely at the discretion of the Techlathon support team and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by Techlathon management will be considered final.
4. Cancellation Requests
For services that include recurring billing or subscriptions, you may request cancellation of future payments. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
